Introducing the BA-FRI-22-30. The BA-FRI fire rated access door can be installed on your fire-rated walls and ceilings as required by code. Its 1 flange makes it easy to install on any surface. It is constructed with 16-gauge cold rolled steel frame and 20-gauge galvanneal steel door and insulated with 2 of mineral wool. As per UL and NFPA standards, once the installation is complete and the provided springs are hooked to the back of the panel, the door will be self-closing and self-locking. It features both a self-latching tool-key operated slam latch and a ring operated slam latch, with an inside panel release.
