Replacement parts may be obtained by calling 1-800-465-6130. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must accompany all warranty claims. The corrugated washing machine hose allows connections from most washing machines to drains. The corrugated hose is more flexible reducing the risk of kinks. Moen's packaging is colour coded by project.
