It is manufactured using annealed (soft) copper conductors with compressed standing for stranded conductors; a heatresistant thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation and nylon jacket for the phase conductors with a sunlight-, moisture-, and fungus-resistant PVC jacket for the overall construction Southwire NMWU underground electrical cable is manufactured using annealed (soft) copper conductors.
